limited basis we can offer a cost effective
franchise buyer lead generation program and service to
qualified Franchisors as an alternative to our
standard franchise advertising packages.
Lead Generation Program:
Simply put, this is a referral fee based program
where we generate franchise buyer leads and
inquiries for your specific franchise concept via
our network of on-line franchise directories and business opportunity websites.
How it works: After a lead has been generated
for your concept it is first quickly reviewed for minimum
contact information and financial requirements-
we do not
contact any buyer leads. The prospective buyer lead
is then forwarded ASAP to your sales or franchise
development team for contact and further qualification.
If a
buyer lead generated by one of our our network sites
moves forward and signs a franchise agreement with
your company, we are then owed a pre-determined
referral fee (as per a simple referral
agreement) based on whether a single unit,
multi-unit, or area development agreement has been
signed and executed.
Minimal Up-Front Expense: In
short, we only get paid a pre-determined referral fee
(Approx $8k for a single unit) if a franchise unit is
sold as a result of one of the leads we generated
for your concept. The only out of pocket expense for
the franchisor or advertiser is a minimum (one time)
network directory set up fee of $300.00 that
we will agree to deduct from the first
referral fee owed to to us.
